To obtain the E-Ticket, buyers must bring original identification and comply with applicable regulations in accordance with the Indonesian government's rules at the time of the event.
This E-Ticket is valid for 1 category (festival) and only for a single entry to the festival area. There is no special category for attendees.
Valid E-Tickets can only be purchased through the official website www.thesoundsproject.com. Each identity can purchase up to 6 tickets.
Each E-Ticket holder attending the event is fully responsible for their own safety, health, and personal security. The organizer, sponsors, bands, and event management are not responsible for any injury or damage incurred by ticket holders during the event or within the event area.
E-Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for any reason.
The organizer reserves the right to: a. Take legal action (civil or criminal) against attendees who obtain E-Tickets illegally, including but not limited to forgery, duplication, or unlawful acquisition. b. In cases of Force Majeure, such as rising COVID-19 cases, changes in PPKM levels, natural disasters, riots, war, outbreaks, or other emergency situations officially announced by the Government, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or rearrange the venue without prior notice.
E-Tickets are non-refundable but remain valid for rescheduled events.
The promoter has the right to revise, add to, or modify all terms and conditions, including but not limited to event times, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
Attendees must maintain cleanliness both within the festival environment and personally. All visitors are expected to comply with health protocols during the event.
By purchasing The Sounds Project 8 E-Ticket in Jakarta, you consent to the collection, storage, and limited use of your personal data for the purposes of The Sounds Project 8 event.
Ticket holders grant the event organizer and sponsors the right to record video and images, in part or in full, on any platform/channel, including but not limited to social media, magazines, and TV channels, for broadcasting in any media worldwide, including for advertising, publicity, and event promotion without further consent from the ticket holder.
Attendees must take care of their personal belongings such as phones, wallets, and other items. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings for any reason.
The organizer is the sole authority to determine and enforce all rules that must be followed by all attendees for the smooth and enjoyable execution of the event.
The organizer reserves the right to take firm action and expel any attendee who fails to comply with health protocols and established rules, for the safety and comfort of all.
The Sounds Project 8 is held at the Ancol Tourism Area. This E-Ticket does not include the Ancol entry fee or vehicle entry fee to the Ancol Tourism Area.
